Pickleball for a Purpose
Pickleball for a Purpose was created out of a desire to raise awareness and support for victims of human trafficking, utilizing the exciting platform of pickleball. Teaming up with Rethreaded, an employment and community center aiding survivors, we've established a powerful partnership aimed at directing crucial funds towards empowerment resources.
At our February tournament, each of the 25 participating teams not only competed on the court but also sponsored an individual human trafficking survivor. These sponsorships provided vital resources such as group therapy, licensed counseling, and development training, offering survivors a path to healing and growth.
